TFW @Alex_Linder (Sharikov) explains the C.Q. in Bulgakov's "Heart of a Dog".
"Soon after, Sharikov returns, explaining that he has been granted a job by the Soviet State. He now spends his work-day catching and strangling stray cats. The Party, he says, is turning them into cheap fur coats for the working class."
@JimmyMarr my impression is dogs actually like people, cats find people useful
@Alex_Linder My impression is you're slicing it kinda thin.
@JimmyMarr what do you mean?
@Alex_Linder It think there's a thin line between liking someone and finding her useful.
@Alex_Linder But yeah, even if the line is thin cats fall to the right of it in respect to dogs.
@JimmyMarr cats mostly sleep. dogs require constant attention.
